I have a Blood & Destiny zine I'm planning to sell but have no idea what I paid for it.  I went to Kassidy's site but they are sold out. Does anyone know what would be a fair price for this?

This is what I have left of my zines that I am selling.

I did the best I could with prices. I think they are reasonably accurate.  I'd prefer paypal if possible for payment, but I'm open.  If they need to go overseas, I'll have to adjust the shipping.  :)

Hello! I haven't posted in so long. :) I've been totally sucked into the Second Life game. (or is it? hum...) I've met some very nice people there I consider to be good friends now. :)

Life, both real and virtual is good! I do hate winter right, now and I'm waiting for it to finally get warmer.

Elizabeth, I do promise to try to catch up on Stargate this week!

Ok, off to prepare my taxes!

I hope everyone is having wonderful Holiday. Mine has been fantastic so far. My favorite gift of all was a Starbucks gift card for way to much money (Elizabeth, you really shouldn't have!). I also came home two days ago to find a purple Christmas tree set up in my bedroom by my brother and his wife. It really is pretty although I had to call my former roommate and tell her about it to make her laugh hysterically. Ironically, she had a pink one when we lived together that I made fun of constantly. In my defense, her tree was about 30 years old and looked like Charlie Brown picked it out. Mine is at least new! While I still don't like those trees, I was very touched by the sentiment from my family.

Don't forget that if you have a Snape in your life, to give him a hug today!

Happy Holidays to all!

I just had my 6 yr old nephew on my knee wailing over and over again "it's cruel, it's cruel I tell you" which I'm assuming he must have heard in a movie somewhere. Just what was he wailing about...well, he just finished reading books number 1 and 2 of the Harry Potter series and my sister-in-law told him he had to wait till he was 7 before he could read number 3. Before you think she really is cruel, he'll be 7 in a month. He started reading before age 2 and was just tested at a speed of 137 words per minute with complete comprehension. For the most part, other than extreme brightness and abnormal reading habits, he is a normal 6 yr old. I do worry about how he is going to make out in school though. Kids like him sometimes struggle with boredom while in the classroom. We live in a small town. There no real options beyond public school.

As far as book 3 goes, he still gets a bit freaked out by the werewolf in movie 3. I'm not sure how he is going to take reading it in the book even if he is 7 (!) when he reads it. :)

I just came home from visiting my Grandmother in Ontario. She is 96 years old and in excellent health. However, in the last couple of months, dementia has set in. She didn't know me although she had a brief moment where she remembered a trip we took together. It is sad yet at the same time, she has had a good life, and she is enjoying the beautiful nursing home (a phrase I never thought I'd say!) she is living in. She looks healthy and happy although confused by all these relatives that visit her frequently. Never one to miss an opportunity, I told her I was her favorite grandchild! I got a kick out her her reply which was "how do you know?" and then she laughed. Anyway, just kind of feeling a bit sad at the loss tonight while still happy to have gotten to see her again.
